About Casa Isabella l Stylish and authentic

This stylish villa is peacefully located at the end of a cul-de-sac in the popular holiday resort of Carvoeiro Clube, a five-minute walk from the resort's tennis complex. Casa Isabella has on the ground floor two bedrooms with a bathroom en suite, and two bedrooms that share a bathroom.

The villa, surrounded by a beautiful and fully fenced palm garden with a large heated (extra charge) swimming pool (12 x 5), various terraces, outdoor bar and barbecue, has recently been completely modernized, while retaining many authentic Portuguese elements. The semi-circular living room with marble floor, large fireplace and beamed ceiling is rustically furnished, while the spacious and fully equipped kitchen with comfortable dining area has opted for a sleek and modern interior.

All rooms offer direct access to the various terraces and the spacious garden. The villa also features a roof terrace with spectacular sea views, wireless internet, air conditioning, a modern sound system and satellite TV.

The pleasant center of Carvoeiro is 2.5 kilometers away from the villa and is well worth a visit. Over the years, this former fishing village has grown into a bustling seaside resort that certainly has no shortage of nice shops, cozy bars, restaurants and terraces. The attractive cities of Albufeira and Portimâo are also easily accessible from the villa, as are some of the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve. The distance from the villa to Faro airport is about sixty kilometers.

We had a wonderful vacation at Villa Isabella. A beautiful house with a well-maintained garden and a lovely pool. Everything is beautifully cared for, and the kitchen is very well equipped. The house is also ideally located, close to a tennis court and restaurants nearby. It’s a great base for exploring the beautiful coves in the area. We’d love to come back again.

A nice big house

Casa Isabella is a nice big house with great heated (on request) pool. Carvoeiro Club is a condominium with great service. Location is good, close to near beaches and Carvoeiro town.
However, we had bad luck as the direct neighbour was renovating the house with drilling equipment. The location of the house at Carvoeiro Clube is usually quiet as we experienced during our arrival weekend. There is a maid service, every other day the house was cleaned, beds made up. We would have liked better seating in the living room.

Thanks for everything

We had a fantastic holiday in Portugal. We were welcomed and everything was prepared for our stay. The house war clean, twice a week a nice cleaner came, there were many towels in the house, we had a washing machine. Every question we had was answered promptly. The garden was in great shape, we can really recommend the organisation as well as the community Portugalvillas. Thanks for everything.

Algarve - Carvoeiro

Carvoeiro began as a fishing village and has thus retained its traditional charm. The name "Carvoeiro" comes from the Portuguese word "carvão" (coal), referring to fishermen who used charcoal to smoke fish.

Within a short distance, you will find supermarkets such as Pingo Doce and Intermarché (within 2 km), numerous restaurants, and bars in the village center. Praia de Carvoeiro is a beautiful beach just 500 meters from the village center. Another alternative is Algar Seco: a unique rock formation with caves and natural pools, only 1 km away. Fort of São João do Arade is a historic fort from the 17th century, located 3 km away.

Additionally, enjoy the natural areas of Carvoeiro, such as the "Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina," a protected natural reserve about 50 km away with pristine beaches and coastal hiking trails. Another beautiful park is the "Parque Natural da Ria Formosa," a natural reserve with lagoons and islands located about 60 km away.

The international airport of Faro, located approximately 60 kilometers away, is the nearest airport to Carvoeiro.

Rental conditions

Rental Conditions
The rent includes the use of water, air conditioning, electricity, final cleaning (unless agreed otherwise), maintenance of the pool and garden, and the use of Wi-Fi. The use of central heating and wood for the fireplace are not included. The rental price is calculated for a maximum of 8 people.

Deposit
A deposit must be paid before arrival. With the second deposit of 30%, you are required to pay a security deposit of 500 euros. This deposit will be refunded upon departure if no damage has been caused by you. In the event of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, and additional payment for any damage incurred will also be required.

Payment
When booking, you will receive the rental contract, confirmation, and directions. The reservation is only final after the payment of 50% of the rental price. The remaining amount, including the aforementioned deposit, must be paid 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.

Tourist Tax
All guests aged 13 or older will be charged a tourist tax for up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights. These costs can be paid at the park reception during check-in. The following rates apply:
- Low season (November 1 to March 31): 1 euro per night per person
- High season (April 1 to October 31): 2 euros per night per person

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees will apply:
a. Cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental price.
b. Cancellation within 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and Departure
You can check into the accommodation after 4 p.m. and must check out before 10 a.m. due to cleaning requirements.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of accidents or incidents during your stay in Portugal, particularly in and around the accommodation, regardless of the cause.

Others
