About Casa Adelia l With a large garden, shaded terraces, and stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean

This two storey villa is a peaceful location in the popular Algarve Clube Atlantico Resort.
From the shaded terraces on the first floor there are fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean. The villa is punctuated by a large well-kept garden, lawns and a large swimming pool. Within walking distance of the beautiful, exclusive beach Praia do Carvalho. It is a perfect holiday home with lots of privacy.

The villa has spacious terraces, some of which are covered. It invites you to dine al fresco or simply relax with a nice view of the pool and garden. The swimming pool (10 x 4m) is equipped with lighting at night. There is a barbeque area. The villa has a lot of privacy.

There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with modern furnishings. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor, all with en-suite bathrooms and TV. There is a lounge area on the first floor with satellite TV (with international channels) and a beautiful sea view. On the ground floor there is a high-quality Häcker kitchen with a modern Miele induction hob and extractor hood, oven, microwave, large fridge and freezer compartment and a modern dishwasher. The sliding windows can be fully opened and give access to the barbecue. A washing machine can be used free of charge. Tastefully decorated living-dining room. There is an alarm system and WIFI. High protection windows with thermal profile, which also provide a great living atmosphere in the winter months.

Algarve Clube Atlântico is a peaceful villa and apartment resort overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. In the heart of the resort is the reception, a restaurant and a common area with a swimming pool, children's playground, mini golf and tennis courts.

This exclusive resort is within walking distance of Praia do Carvalho beach and just a short drive from the nearby village of Carvoeiro.

Rental conditions

Rental Conditions
The rental price includes the use of water, air conditioning, electricity, WiFi, final cleaning (unless otherwise agreed) and maintenance of the swimming pool and garden. The use of central heating and firewood for the fireplace are not included. The rental price is calculated for a maximum of 8 people.

Deposit
The deposit must be paid before arrival. Along with the second deposit of 30%, you are required to pay a deposit of 500 euros. This will be refunded upon departure if no damage has been caused. In case of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, and additional payment may be required for any damage that occurred.

Payment  
When making the booking, you will receive the rental contract, confirmation, and directions. The reservation is only final after a 50% deposit of the rental fee is paid. The remaining amount, including the aforementioned deposit, must be paid 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.

Tourist Tax  
Guests aged 13 or older will be charged for up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights. These costs can be paid at the park reception during check-in. The following charges apply:
- Low season (November 1 to March 31): 1 euro per night per person
- High season (April 1 to October 31): 2 euros per night per person

Cancellation  
If the rental agreement is canceled by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees will apply:
a. If canceled up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental fee.  
b. If canceled less than 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and Departure 
You can check into the accommodation after 4:00 PM and must check out before 10:00 AM, in order to accommodate cleaning of the accommodation.

Liability 
Portugalvillas/landlord(s) do not accept any liability for accidents or other incidents during your stay in Portugal, in or around the accommodation, caused by any circumstances whatsoever.

Other 
We recommend that you take out appropriate travel and cancellation insurance.
