Welcome to Casa Aya, a beautiful holiday villa in the picturesque Ferragudo, a village that has retained its authentic charm. The interior of Casa Aya is a stylish mix of modern and Moorish influences, where every detail is of high quality. The villa features five spacious bedrooms, each with its own elegant bathroom, guaranteeing comfort and privacy for all guests. For an extra touch of luxury, there is also a private hammam, a relaxing steam room where you can completely unwind.

One of the absolute highlights of Casa Aya is the enormous 120 m² roof terrace. Here you can lounge while enjoying a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the village. This terrace is perfect for long, sultry evenings, where you can use the fully equipped outdoor kitchen and the cozy outdoor bar with refrigerators. Thanks to the handy food lift that connects the indoor kitchen with the roof terrace, organizing a dinner under the stars is an effortless and special experience.

In addition, the villa has a private swimming pool of 4 x 2 meters, ideal for cooling off on hot days, and the house offers air conditioning in all bedrooms and other areas, so that you can always enjoy a pleasant temperature, regardless of the season. With a generous living area of 240 m², Casa Aya offers more than enough space for a large family or a group of friends.

Algarve - Ferragudo

Ferragudo is situated on the western bank of the Arade River, opposite the city of Portimão. The village is nestled between hills and offers great views of the coastline. Ferragudo is famous for its seafood restaurants, where you can enjoy delicious fresh seafood and local dishes. The village square, Praça Rainha Dona Leonor, is a popular gathering place for both locals and tourists, especially during the summer months.

In Ferragudo itself, you'll find small supermarkets and local shops for daily necessities. Additionally, larger supermarkets can be found in the nearby town of Portimão, approximately 2 kilometers away. The village boasts a diverse array of cozy restaurants and bars, especially in the vicinity of the village square.

For relaxation, you can retreat to Praia da Angrinha and Praia Grande. These beautiful beaches are within walking distance of Ferragudo and are ideal for swimming and relaxation. For a stunning panoramic view, head to Castelo de São João do Arade: a 17th-century castle located about 1 kilometer away. Besides the castle, there is also a church in the village center with fascinating architecture (Igreja de Nossa Senhora da Conceição). Nature enthusiasts can visit Parque Natural da Ria Formosa, a natural reserve with lagoons and islands located approximately 40 kilometers away, offering excellent opportunities for birdwatching and hiking.

Faro International Airport, situated approximately 70 kilometers to the east of Ferragudo, is the nearest airport.

Rental conditions

Conditions
The rental price includes use of Wi-Fi, air conditioning, water, electricity, and pool cleaning. The rental price is calculated based on the indicated number of people. If visitors stay overnight during your stay, additional costs will be charged.

Payment
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required when booking. The remaining amount, including the deposit, must be paid 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal. The reservation is only final after a 30% deposit has been made.

Tourist Tax
Up to a maximum of seven nights, all guests 13 years or older will be charged. The following costs will apply:
- Low season, November 1 to March 31: 1 euro per night per person
- High season, April 1 to October 31: 2 euros per night per person

Deposit
Payment of the deposit before arrival is required. Along with the second deposit of 70%, you will be asked to pay a deposit of €1000. If no damage has been caused by you, the deposit will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days after your departure. In the event of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, or additional payment may be required for any damage.

Cancellation
If the rental agreement is canceled by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will apply:
a. If canceled up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental fee.
b. If canceled less than 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and Departure
You may enter the accommodation after 4:00 PM and must leave the accommodation before 10:00 AM. This is to allow for cleaning of the accommodation.

Liability
Portugalvillas/landlord(s) accept no liability for the consequences of any accidents during your stay in Portugal, particularly in and around the accommodation, due to any circumstances whatsoever.
