Casa Bergamot is a stylish and modern villa located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by the charming white villages of the Algarve. The villa is designed for a comfortable stay for up to eight guests and offers a peaceful and private retreat, ideal for two families or a larger group of friends. The location combines the serenity of a private setting with proximity to popular coastal destinations, just 2.5 km from the famous beaches of Praia Verde and Praia do Cabeço. A recently installed glass wall around the villa ensures complete privacy.

Inside, Casa Bergamot features a bright and spacious living area with beautiful views of the private pool.
Large windows and sliding doors create a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces. The seating area is comfortable and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the surroundings.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and includes a bar and cooking island, ideal for preparing meals while enjoying an aperitif with your company. The villa has four spacious bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature double beds with en-suite bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and one with a bathtub. The other two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each and have their own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The outdoor area is designed for enjoyment and relaxation on warm days. A large dining table with barbecue makes al-fresco dining easy and enjoyable. The private pool offers refreshment, and comfortable sun loungers provide space for relaxation in the sun. The glass wall surrounding the property ensures complete privacy, allowing you to enjoy your stay undisturbed.

Nearest beaches
From São Bartolomeu, you can easily reach the wide sandy beaches of the eastern Algarve. Praia Verde and Monte Gordo are among the most popular beaches in the area and are known for their peaceful atmosphere and clear water. The beaches slope gently into the sea, making them attractive for families with children, while couples often enjoy long beach walks and relaxed seaside lunches here. The surrounding coastal nature is also beautiful, with dunes and pine forests creating a calm and natural setting.

Authentic villages and towns
The surrounding area is home to several charming Portuguese villages and towns where you can truly experience local life. Tavira is one of the most beautiful towns in the Algarve, with old bridges, lively squares and traditional white houses. Rental conditions

Terms and Conditions
The rental price includes the use of Wi-Fi, air conditioning, water, electricity, final cleaning (unless agreed otherwise) and pool maintenance and garden care.

Payment
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival in Portugal, including the deposit. The reservation is only confirmed once the 30% deposit has been paid.

Security Deposit
A security deposit payment is required before arrival. Upon the second payment of 70%, you will be asked to pay a security deposit of €300. If no damage has been caused, this deposit will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days after your stay. In the event of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, or additional payment may be requested to cover the damage.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by the renter(s), the following cancellation fees will apply:
a. If canceled up to 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental fee.
b. If canceled less than 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and Departure
You may check into the accommodation after 4:00 PM and must check out by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. This is to allow for cleaning of the accommodation.

Liability
Portugalvillas/landlord(s) accept no liability for any accidents or incidents that may occur during your stay in Portugal, particularly inside or around the accommodation, regardless of the circumstances.

Others
We advise you to take out proper travel and cancellation insurance.
