Not far from the picturesque town of Tavira lies Casa Cabanas, a stylish holiday villa where you immediately feel the serene calm upon arrival. The beautiful outdoor terraces and spacious green garden invite you to relax and fully enjoy the outdoor life. The expansive sandy beaches of the eastern Algarve are just a 15-minute walk from the villa.

Inside, the atmospheric wooden ceilings immediately catch the eye, harmonizing with the sleek concrete floors and light walls, creating a warm contrast. The interior is an eclectic mix of modern design, natural materials, and subtle vintage elements. The rounded shapes – from the large pool to the playful niches – create an organic, inviting atmosphere.

The villa features three comfortable double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The bright open kitchen and spacious living and dining areas form the heart of the home. Here you can enjoy cozy evenings by the fireplace or relaxing mornings at the breakfast table, with views of the round pool, lush greenery, and the lawn where children can play freely.

Around the house, there are several terraces, plus a large roof terrace – the perfect spot for a summer aperitif or a barbecue evening. Rental Terms
The rental price includes the use of water, air conditioning, electricity, Wi-Fi, maintenance of the pool and garden, and final cleaning.
The rental price is calculated based on the number of guests indicated.

Security Deposit
The security deposit will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days after departure, provided no damage has been caused. In the event of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, or additional payment may be required to cover the damage incurred.

Payment
The booking is only confirmed after payment of 30% of the rental price. The remaining amount, including the security deposit mentioned above, must be paid 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by the renter(s), the following cancellation fees apply:
a. Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental price.
b. Cancellation within 6 weeks of the first day of the booked stay: 100% of the rental price.

Arrival and Departure
Check-in is available from 16:00 and the accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure to allow for cleaning.

Liability
Portugalvillas / the owner(s) accept no liability for accidents or other incidents occurring during your stay in Portugal, in or around the accommodation, regardless of the cause.

Other
We recommend taking out adequate travel and cancellation insurance.
