About Casa Capricio | Traditional and spacious stay with wonderful outdoor areas

This luxurious and refined villa combines a slightly playful appearance with plenty of privacy and offers excellent recreational value. The house is only a few minutes’ walk from Praia do Carvalho beach and features several terraces and outdoor areas, ideal for private retreats and comfortable stays for multiple families at the same time. On the first floor, you will find a beautifully landscaped and partially covered pool area, a separate seating area adjacent to one of the bedrooms, and a cozy terrace with lounge furniture and a sunshade, offering lovely views of the garden and the sea. The spacious rooftop terrace with built-in seating, decorated with Portuguese tiles, provides a stunning panorama of the sea and surrounding area and is perfect for enjoying the sunset. In the garden, there is a stone outdoor barbecue by the pool, which is illuminated and can be heated (heating available on request for an extra fee). An outdoor shower by the pool completes the setup. The pool measures 4 x 8 meters and has access via steps.

The villa has four individual, tastefully furnished bedrooms, all equipped with new and comfortable beds. On the first floor, there are two spacious bedrooms, each with a modern en-suite bathroom, one of which features both a shower and a bathtub. On the second floor, you will find a large bedroom with a separate living area, satellite TV, and walk-in closet, as well as another bedroom. Both rooms have direct access to a terrace and feature their own modern bathrooms.

The spacious living and dining area is elegantly and modernly furnished and includes a wood-burning fireplace for cooler evenings. Satellite TV is available in the living room. The fully equipped, modern kitchen offers an electric ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, and dishwasher, providing maximum comfort and convenience.

The villa is part of the peaceful Algarve Clube Atlântico, a villa and apartment resort with views of the Atlantic Ocean. At the heart of the resort, you will find the reception, a restaurant, and the communal area with a swimming pool, children’s playground, mini-golf, and tennis courts. This exclusive resort is within walking distance of Praia do Carvalho beach and a short drive from the nearby village of Carvoeiro.

Rental conditions

Rental conditions
The rental price includes the use of water, air conditioning, electricity, Wi-Fi, final cleaning (unless agreed otherwise) and the maintenance of the swimming pool and garden. The price does not include the use of central heating, pool heating, and electricity during the winter months. The rental price is based on a maximum of 8 people.

Deposit
A deposit is required before arrival. Along with the second deposit of 30%, a deposit of 500 euros is to be paid. This will be refunded upon departure if no damage has been caused. In the event of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, and additional payment will be required for any damages incurred.

Payment
Upon booking, you will receive the rental contract, confirmation, and directions. The reservation is only confirmed after a deposit of 30% of the rental amount is paid. The remaining balance, including the aforementioned deposit, must be paid 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.

Tourist Tax
For a maximum of seven nights, all guests aged 13 and older will be charged. The following rates apply:

Low season, November 1st to March 31st: €1.00 per person per night
High season, April 1st to October 31st: €2.00 per person per night

Cancellation
If the rental agreement is canceled by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees will apply:
a. If canceled up to 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental fee.
b. If canceled less than 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can access the accommodation after 4:00 PM and must leave the accommodation before 10:00 AM to allow for cleaning.

Liability
Portugalvillas / the landlord(s) accept no liability for any accidents that occur during your stay in Portugal, in or around the accommodation, caused by any circumstances whatsoever.

Others
We advise you to take out proper travel and cancellation insurance.
