About Casa Capricio | Gorgeous villa

Luxuriously sophisticated villa whose slightly playful appearance emphasizes the recreational value and the coziness of this vacation home - with a lot of privacy. The beach "Praia do Carvalho" is only a few minutes walk away.

The house has several terraces and areas that are perfectly suitable for retreats. This is particularly beneficial when several families are spending their vacations in the house at the same time. In addition to the beautifully overgrown and partially covered pool arca on the first floor and another seating area, which is located in front of one of the bedrooms. you will find a cozy terrace with lounge furniture and a sun awning on the 1st floor. From there you can enjoy a wonderful view of the garden and the sea. Another magnificent view of the sea and the surrounding area is offered by the spacious roof terrace with built-in sitting area. The bench tiled with Portuguese tiles invites you to linger on warm evenings. There you can experience wonderful sunsets and end the day in peace. In the garden there is a brick outdoor grill for cozy barbecues by the pod. The illuminated pool (4 x 8 m) has an entrance via a staircase and is heatable (heating on reservation for a fee). An outdoor shower is available at the pool.

In the house you will find four individual and tastefully decorated bedrooms. all equipped with new and comfortable beds. Two spacious bedrooms are located on the first floor. Both bedrooms have a modern bathroom en-suite each. One has a bathtub in addition to the shower. A large bedroom with separate living room (satellite TV) and walk-in closet and another bedroom are located on the 1st floor. Both have direct access to a terrace. These bedrooms also have their own. modernly equipped bathroom.

The spacious living and dining arca has an elegant and modern design. An open fireplace with wood is available to guests on cooler evenings. Satellite TV is available in the living area. The top modern, fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need in terms of comfort. Electric stove with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer and dishwasher are available.

Algarve Clube Atlântico is a peaceful villa and apartment resort, over-looking the Atlantic Ocean. At the heart of the resort is the reception, restaurant and communal area with a pool, kid's playground, mini-golf and tennis courts. This exclusive resort is within walking distance to the beach of Praia do Carvalho and is only a short drive from the near-by village of Carvoeiro.

Algarve - Carvoeiro

Carvoeiro began as a fishing village and has thus retained its traditional charm. The name "Carvoeiro" comes from the Portuguese word "carvão" (coal), referring to fishermen who used charcoal to smoke fish.

Within a short distance, you will find supermarkets such as Pingo Doce and Intermarché (within 2 km), numerous restaurants, and bars in the village center. Praia de Carvoeiro is a beautiful beach just 500 meters from the village center. Another alternative is Algar Seco: a unique rock formation with caves and natural pools, only 1 km away. Fort of São João do Arade is a historic fort from the 17th century, located 3 km away.

Additionally, enjoy the natural areas of Carvoeiro, such as the "Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina," a protected natural reserve about 50 km away with pristine beaches and coastal hiking trails. Another beautiful park is the "Parque Natural da Ria Formosa," a natural reserve with lagoons and islands located about 60 km away.

The international airport of Faro, located approximately 60 kilometers away, is the nearest airport to Carvoeiro.

Rental conditions

Rental conditions
The rental price includes the use of water, air conditioning and electricity (including washing bed linen, etc., maintenance of the swimming pool and garden), and the use of WiFi internet. The price does not include the use of central heating, pool heating and electricity in the winter months. The rental price is calculated for a maximum of 8 people.

Deposit
Payment of deposit before arrival, with the 2nd deposit of 30% you are requested to pay the deposit of 500 euros. This will be returned upon departure if no damage has been caused by you. In the event of damage, part or all of it may be withheld, and additional payment will also be required for any damage that may have occurred.

Payment
When booking you will receive the rental contract, confirmation and directions. The reservation is only final after a deposit of 30% of the rent. The remaining amount must be paid, including the aforementioned deposit, 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.

Tourist tax
Up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights, all guests aged 13 or older will be charged. These costs can be paid at the park reception during check-in. The following costs will be charged:
Low season, November 1 to March 31: 1 euro per night per person
High season, April 1 to October 31: 2 euros per night per person

Cancellation
If the rental agreement is canceled by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 50% of the rental price.
b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can enter the villa after 4:00 PM and must leave the villa before 10:00 AM; this is in connection with the cleaning of the villa.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) accept no liability for the consequences of any accidents, etc. during your stay in Portugal, in and around Casa Diamante caused by any circumstances whatsoever.
