Our stay in Silves, Portugal was fantastic in every sense of the word. The accommodation is immaculate and brand new, finished to the smallest detail and furnished with great attention to detail. Everything radiates comfort and quality, making you feel at home right away. The location in the village of Silves is truly delightful: peaceful and authentic, yet close to everything you need. It’s the perfect place to experience the real Portugal, with charming streets, a local atmosphere, and a beautiful surrounding area. What really completes the stay are the friendly and warm owners. They welcomed us with genuine hospitality and were always ready to offer tips and help, without ever being intrusive. In short: a dream holiday in a prime location. Absolutely recommended and a place we would happily return to!

What a beautiful house. Fully equipped with every comfort. We spent a week there with two families (8 people) over the Christmas holidays and really enjoyed the open-plan layout, which meant there was plenty of social interaction with the whole group while cooking, and we could enjoy drinks together at the “bar.” All the bedrooms have wonderful beds and spacious showers. In short, highly recommended—and who knows, maybe we’ll be back again next year.

The location is ideal, quiet, yet right in the delightful town of Silves, full of charm, great restaurants, and cozy streets. You’re in the heart of the Algarve, but with space, style, and a relaxed vibe that instantly makes you happy. The interior is tasteful down to the smallest detail; everything exudes quality and comfort. The spacious layout gives a sense of freedom and luxury, with a beautiful large kitchen that makes cooking a joy (even if you normally don’t enjoy cooking). The beds are heavenly, the living area is amazing, you truly won’t want to leave and the pool offers the perfect refreshment after a sunny day or an outing in the area. Speaking of outings: there is so much to do. From charming villages and stunning coastlines to hidden coves and local markets, everything is just a stone’s throw away. Casa Cortica, in our opinion, is the epitome of ultimate enjoyment: space, peace, style, and comfort in perfect harmony. A hidden gem! For anyone wanting to relax in maximum luxury and space while enjoying all the beauty the Algarve has to offer, look no further. Casa Cortica is the place. In short: 100 points. Must-go! We will definitely return!

Spent a long weekend at Casa Cortica. A very beautiful house with all the luxury and facilities, located in a great spot for trips to the beach, cycling, or sports. Restaurants with local specialties are within walking distance. All in all, highly recommended!

We had a few wonderful days at Casa Cortiça. The house is very comfortable, and the beds are large with lovely linen, we slept incredibly well. The inner courtyard offered a lot of privacy, which was a pleasant surprise for a city villa. All in all, we had a lovely and truly relaxing stay. Thank you so much!

The house was amazing, it was also really rasy to get in contact with Both owner and host. We had a great time spent, the house was really carefully designed with a good taste . Looks exactly as the pictures and even better I reality in a great neighbourhood and neighbours was also so polite.

We had a wonderful holiday in the Algarve! We were able to rent this fantastic house in the picturesque town of Silves: the beautiful, newly built Casa Cortica. This peaceful home is spacious and equipped with all modern conveniences. Within a five-minute walk, you reach a lively square with great restaurants where you can enjoy dining outdoors. A visit to the impressive Silves Castle is definitely worth it. Silves is also the perfect base for exploring the Algarve, from stunning beaches to spectacular cliffs and caves, like the famous Benagil cave. During a boat trip at sea, we were lucky enough to spot dolphins, an unforgettable experience! All in all, we had a great holiday, thanks in part to our stay in the beautiful home of Mark and Marissa in Silves.

Wij hebben hier een heerlijke vakantie gehad met ons gezin. De villa is recent gerenoveerd en het is echt een parel geworden. Afwerking is prachtig, aan alles is gedacht en niks ontbrak. De hele sfeer in het huis prettig, de gekozen decoratie is heel mooi. Het zwembad is groot genoeg en top voor de nodige verkoeling. De host was heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk, ze gaf ook aantal leuke tips. Het huis is in het centrum van Silves waar in de zomer veel leuke events zijn. Kortom echt een aanrader!
