Casa Cortiça is modern and warmly decorated, with Portuguese charm. The high ceilings and large windows create a wonderfully light and open atmosphere. Colorful accents and stylish artwork give the interior a unique character. The indoor patio features a spacious pool with comfortable lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and shady spots to relax and unwind. With four spacious bedrooms, each with its own luxurious bathroom, Casa Cortiça offers plenty of comfort. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a bathtub and sauna – ideal for a relaxing wellness moment. The entire property is fitted with underfloor heating and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay year-round. The living room and fully equipped kitchen invite long evenings filled with good company and delicious food.

Walk to the impressive Moorish castle, explore the Gothic cathedral, or visit the Archaeological Museum. For families with children, there are plenty of fun activities: from exciting pirate boat tours and water parks to exploring caves and dolphin watching.

Silves in the Algarve is a captivating town full of history and character. Known for its impressive red sandstone castle and charming streets, Silves offers visitors a glimpse into the region’s Moorish past and a peaceful atmosphere away from the busy coast.

Nearest Beaches
Although Silves is inland, some beautiful beaches are just a short drive away. Praia do Carvoeiro and Praia da Marinha are nearby, famous for their dramatic cliffs and clear waters. These beaches offer a perfect escape to enjoy the sun and sea after exploring the historic town.

Rental conditions

Terms and Conditions  
The rental price includes the use of Wi-Fi, water, electricity, sauna, final cleaning (unless agreed otherwise) and laundry, pool and garden maintenance. The rental price is based on the stated number of people. If visitors stay overnight during your stay, additional charges will apply. Please inform the host upon arrival or during your stay.

Payment  
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required upon booking. The remaining balance, including the security deposit, must be paid 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.  
The reservation is only confirmed after the 30% deposit has been received.

Security Deposit  
€500, to be paid with the second payment. This deposit will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days, provided no damage is caused. In case of damage, part or the entire deposit may be withheld, and additional charges for any damage will be required.

Cancellation  
If the tenant(s) cancel the rental agreement, the following cancellation fees will apply:  
a. Cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental amount  
b. Cancellation within 8 weeks of the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and Departure  
You may check in to the accommodation after 4:00 PM and must leave the accommodation by 10:00 AM the following morning, as this is when the cleaning takes place.

Liability  
Portugalvillas / the owner(s) accept no liability for any accidents that may occur during your stay in Portugal, particularly in and around the accommodation, regardless of the cause.

Other  
We recommend taking out comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance.
