Modern and spacious 5-bedroom villa, decorated in an elegant, minimalist style. Great outdoor space with spacious BBQ courtyard by the pool for al fresco dining. Within walking distance of the beautiful, exclusive beach "Praia do Carvalho". This 2-storey villa offers excellent conditions for a family holiday.

The modern villa gives an elegant impression with a great outdoor space surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden with many types of trees. Spacious BBQ courtyard leading to the large rectangular swimming pool with concrete steps. It is heatable (on request and at an additional cost). Outdoor shower by the pool. Small driveway with parking space in front of the house, fully fenced and gated.

Tasteful furniture with minimalist style decoration throughout the house. 5 spacious bedrooms, all with air conditioning. 3 bedrooms on the ground floor (Cone with an en-suite bathroom and two with a shared bathroom). The remaining 2 bedrooms are on the first floor and have their own bathroom. High-quality open kitchen with electric hob, extractor hood, oven, large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and separate utility room with washing machine and dryer. Large living-dining room with sliding windows giving access to the spacious barbecue area and swimming pool. Flat screen satellite TV with international channels, alarm system and WiFi.

Algarve Clube Atlântico is a quiet villa and apartment resort overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. In the heart of the resort you will find the reception, restaurant and communal area with a swimming pool, children's playground, mini golf and tennis courts. This exclusive resort is within walking distance of Praia do Carvalho beach and just a short drive from the nearby village of Carvoeiro.

Location & site

Algarve - Carvoeiro

Carvoeiro began as a fishing village and has thus retained its traditional charm. The name "Carvoeiro" comes from the Portuguese word "carvão" (coal), referring to fishermen who used charcoal to smoke fish.

Within a short distance, you will find supermarkets such as Pingo Doce and Intermarché (within 2 km), numerous restaurants, and bars in the village center. Praia de Carvoeiro is a beautiful beach just 500 meters from the village center. Another alternative is Algar Seco: a unique rock formation with caves and natural pools, only 1 km away. Fort of São João do Arade is a historic fort from the 17th century, located 3 km away.

Additionally, enjoy the natural areas of Carvoeiro, such as the "Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina," a protected natural reserve about 50 km away with pristine beaches and coastal hiking trails. Another beautiful park is the "Parque Natural da Ria Formosa," a natural reserve with lagoons and islands located about 60 km away.

The international airport of Faro, located approximately 60 kilometers away, is the nearest airport to Carvoeiro.

Rental conditions

Rental conditions
The rental price includes the use of water, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, electricity, final cleaning (unless agreed otherwise) and the maintenance of the swimming pool and garden. The price does not include the use of central heating, pool heating and electricity during the winter months. The rental price is based on a maximum of 10 people.

Deposit
Payment of the deposit is required before arrival. Along with the second deposit of 30%, a deposit of 500 euros is to be paid. This will be refunded upon departure if no damage has occurred. In case of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, and additional payment may be required for any damages incurred.

Payment
Upon booking, you will receive the rental contract, confirmation, and directions. The reservation is only confirmed after a deposit of 30% of the rental amount is paid. The remaining balance, including the previously mentioned deposit, must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival in Portugal.

Tourist tax
A tourist tax is charged for all guests aged 13 or older for up to seven consecutive nights. This cost can be paid at the park reception during check-in. The following rates apply:
- Low season, November 1 to March 31: 1 euro per night per person
- High season, April 1 to October 31: 2 euros per night per person

Cancellation
If the rental agreement is canceled by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees will apply:
a. If canceled up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental fee.
b. If canceled less than 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can access the accommodation after 4:00 PM and must leave the villa before 10:00 AM to allow for cleaning.

Liability
Portugalvillas / the landlord(s) accept no liability for any accidents during your stay in Portugal, in or around the accommodation, regardless of the cause.
