Welcome to Casa Dima, a luxurious holiday home located in the charming village of Lagoa, in the heart of the beautiful Algarve. This historic quinta has recently been transformed (set to be completed in May 2025) by the architects and designers of Studioarte into an exceptionally comfortable retreat, blending respect for Portuguese architecture with modern luxury. Designed to accommodate up to six guests, Casa Dima promises an unforgettable stay in a serene setting that exudes elegance, tranquility, and refinement. The villa harmoniously combines contemporary comfort with an inviting Portuguese ambiance, featuring natural earthy tones and stunning artworks that bring the interior to life.

Casa Dima boasts a sophisticated living space of 190m², meticulously designed with attention to every detail. The spacious rooftop terrace of 80m² offers a haven of relaxation with a fully equipped outdoor bar, dining table, lounge area, and a refreshing outdoor shower—perfect for long summer days or peaceful evenings under the starry sky.

The garden is a true oasis, inviting you to unwind by the large pool (8x3 meters), surrounded by sun loungers and lush greenery. Additionally, an outdoor kitchen and a shaded dining area provide the perfect setting for enjoying delightful meals while overlooking the tranquil surroundings.

Casa Dima features three exquisite bedrooms, each with its own luxurious en-suite bathroom. The main house hosts two bedrooms with en-suites, while the third bedroom—a spacious studio—is located in the garden, offering a private bathroom and a cozy sitting area. All bathrooms are equipped with underfloor heating, and the bedrooms are air-conditioned, ensuring your comfort in both summer and winter.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including filtered drinking water directly from the tap, allowing you to enjoy your culinary adventures without worry. The villa radiates elegance and luxury, while maintaining the cozy feel of a home away from home.

Casa Dima enjoys an ideal location, just a 5-minute drive from some of the Algarve’s most stunning beaches, charming beach clubs, and hidden gems. For the little ones, the Algarve’s most exciting waterpark, Slide & Splash, is just 4 km away. Lagoa itself is a peaceful village that offers all essential amenities and delightful restaurants, providing the perfect balance between relaxation and liveliness.

Casa Dima is available for groups of 1 to 6 guests. For smaller groups (1-2 guests), only the main house with two bedrooms is available, while the outdoor spaces remain closed. For groups of 3 to 6 guests, the entire property, including all three bedrooms, is at your disposal.

From Lagoa, the beaches are just a short drive away. The coastline near Carvoeiro and Benagil is famous for dramatic cliffs, hidden coves, and crystal-clear water. Whether you want to sunbathe, swim, or take a boat trip to the caves, the sea is never far and always inviting.

Rental conditions

Included in the Rental Price
The rental price includes the use of Wi-Fi, water, electricity, final cleaning (unless agreed otherwise) and pool and garden maintenance.

Security Deposit
A deposit of €500 is required. This amount will be refunded if no damage has been caused during your stay. In the event of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, and additional payment for damages may be required.

Payment
After booking, you will receive the rental contract, confirmation, and route description. The reservation is only final after a 30% deposit of the rental price.
The remaining balance, including the above-mentioned security deposit, must be paid 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.

Tourist Tax
A tourist tax is applicable for all guests aged 13 years or older, up to a maximum of seven nights:
- Low season (November 1 to March 31): €1 per night per person
- High season (April 1 to October 31): €2 per night per person

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees will apply:
a. Cancellations made up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental price.
b. Cancellations made less than 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure to allow time for cleaning.

Liability
Portugalvillas/the owner(s) accept no liability for accidents or incidents during your stay in Portugal, in or around the accommodation, regardless of the cause.

Other Information
We recommend taking out comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance.
