About Casa do Paraiso 121 l Nice family house near the sea

Casa do Paraiso 121 is a semi-detached villa that is suitable for six people. The villa is located in the family-friendly park Quinta do Paraiso and was completely renovated in 2012 under architecture. The living room is cosily furnished with comfortable furniture and atmospheric lighting and is equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning and wireless internet. The modern kitchen is fully furnished and fully equipped.

The bedrooms are on the ground floor, as are the two spacious bathrooms. On the first floor we find the living room and kitchen with patio doors to the roof terrace with stunning views. The terrace has an outdoor kitchen, lounge sofa and dining area. The garden has a swimming pool (5 x 10) with teak lounge deck and sunbeds.

Casa do Paraiso 121 is within walking distance of the lively center of Carvoeiro, an authentic fishing village with numerous restaurants, bars and terraces. The village has beautiful beaches. Golf enthusiasts have various courses within easy reach here.

Fantastic. A beautiful house where you really have everything you need. Gorgeous pool and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Central location. We had a wonderful week. Pure enjoyment!

Enjoyed it immensely

Dear Tom, we had wonderful weeks at Casa do Paraiso 121; enjoyed it immensely. It is a beautiful house with a nice outdoor area, great pool, lovely seating areas and good bedrooms / beds. It is located in a nice park with friendly employees and a good Italian restaurant. The house was kept very clean, as well as the garden and pool. Highly recommended! Thank you.

Algarve - Carvoeiro

Carvoeiro began as a fishing village and has thus retained its traditional charm. The name "Carvoeiro" comes from the Portuguese word "carvão" (coal), referring to fishermen who used charcoal to smoke fish.

Within a short distance, you will find supermarkets such as Pingo Doce and Intermarché (within 2 km), numerous restaurants, and bars in the village center. Praia de Carvoeiro is a beautiful beach just 500 meters from the village center. Another alternative is Algar Seco: a unique rock formation with caves and natural pools, only 1 km away. Fort of São João do Arade is a historic fort from the 17th century, located 3 km away.

Additionally, enjoy the natural areas of Carvoeiro, such as the "Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina," a protected natural reserve about 50 km away with pristine beaches and coastal hiking trails. Another beautiful park is the "Parque Natural da Ria Formosa," a natural reserve with lagoons and islands located about 60 km away.

The international airport of Faro, located approximately 60 kilometers away, is the nearest airport to Carvoeiro.

Rental conditions

Requirements
The rent includes the use of gas, water and electric, including washing bed linen, etc., maintenance of the swimming pool and garden. Not included is the use of gas for central heating. The rental price is calculated on the indicated number of people. If visitors stay overnight during your stay, costs are involved. Please report this to the owner upon arrival or during your stay.

Payment
When booking, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required. The remaining amount must be paid, including a deposit 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal. The reservation is only final after a 50% deposit.

Tourist tax
Up to a maximum of seven nights, all guests 13 years or older will be charged. The following costs will be charged:
- Low season, November 1 to March 31: 1 euro per night per person
- High season, April 1 to October 31: 2 euros per night per person

Deposit
If no damage has been caused by you, this will be returned to your bank account within 7 days, or in the event of damage, part or all of it may be withheld, or additional payment of any damage incurred will be required.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the down payment;
b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can move into the villa after 4 p.m. and must have left the villa before 10 a.m.; this is in connection with the cleaning of the villa.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of any accidents, etc. during your stay in Portugal and in particular in and around the Quinta caused by whatever circumstances.

Others
We advise you to take out proper travel and cancellation insurance. By signing, booking and subsequent payment of the rental price, you agree to the above conditions and general rental conditions of Portugalvillas.
