The attractive and recently renovated villa is located in the family-friendly park Quinta do Paraiso. A comfortable villa for those with a love for the sea, beautiful landscapes and unbeaten paths. The location of the house is very pleasant, trees around you, lots of privacy and the beach is within walking distance. Directly from the villa, you can enjoy fantastic walks along the coast.

The villa is practically furnished in terms of spaces: a spacious and bright living room with open kitchen, good-sized bedrooms with comfortable beds and a neutral hotel loft. Entirely on the ground floor with a sand colored concrete ware floor everywhere; a nod to the beach. The bathrooms are fresh, new, smell good and soft towels are waiting for you. One soothing style has been used for the whole house, comfortable furniture and nice lighting.

The centerpiece is the spacious terrace with covered porch, long dining table with built-in BBQ, a sitting area and a large swimming pool (beautifully lit in the evening). The perfect place for many idyllic holiday moments together.

The villa is located in the picturesque town of Carvoeiro, ideal for family holidays. The villa is within walking distance (750m) of Carvoeiro beach and village centre, 9 minutes drive from Caneiros beach and 15 minutes from Marinha and Benagil beaches. The property features a private pool, terrace with sea view, lush gardens, free parking, air conditioning, 55" TV and free WiFi. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms (1 double ensuite, 1 double and 1 twin), a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Outside offers a dining area, lounge sofas to relax in the shade of several carob trees and sunbeds by the pool. The property is non-smoking.

The peaceful yet central location for both a beach holiday and a city trip to Carvoeiro. All of this is within walking distance, making it a very relaxing experience. The house is all on one level, tastefully decorated, light, and cozy.

Algarve - Carvoeiro

Carvoeiro began as a fishing village and has thus retained its traditional charm. The name "Carvoeiro" comes from the Portuguese word "carvão" (coal), referring to fishermen who used charcoal to smoke fish.

Within a short distance, you will find supermarkets such as Pingo Doce and Intermarché (within 2 km), numerous restaurants, and bars in the village center. Praia de Carvoeiro is a beautiful beach just 500 meters from the village center. Another alternative is Algar Seco: a unique rock formation with caves and natural pools, only 1 km away. Fort of São João do Arade is a historic fort from the 17th century, located 3 km away.

Additionally, enjoy the natural areas of Carvoeiro, such as the "Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina," a protected natural reserve about 50 km away with pristine beaches and coastal hiking trails. Another beautiful park is the "Parque Natural da Ria Formosa," a natural reserve with lagoons and islands located about 60 km away.

The international airport of Faro, located approximately 60 kilometers away, is the nearest airport to Carvoeiro.

Rental conditions

Conditions
The rental price includes the use of gas, water, electricity, WiFi, final cleaning (unless otherwise agreed) and maintenance of the swimming pool and garden. The use of gas for central heating is not included. The rental price is calculated based on the indicated number of guests.

Payment
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required upon booking. The remaining balance, including the deposit, must be paid 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal. The reservation is only final after the 30% deposit has been paid.

Tourist Tax
Guests aged 13 or older will be charged for up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights. The following fees apply:
- Low season (November 1 to March 31): 1 euro per night per person
- High season (April 1 to October 31): 2 euros per night per person

Deposit
If no damage has been caused by you, the deposit will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days. In the event of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, or additional payment for the damage caused may be required.

Cancellation
If the rental agreement is canceled by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees will apply:
a. If canceled up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental fee.
b. If canceled less than 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and Departure
You can check into the accommodation 4:00 PM and must check out before 10:00 AM to allow for cleaning of the accommodation.

Liability
Portugalvillas/landlord(s) do not accept any liability for accidents or other incidents that occur during your stay in Portugal, particularly inside or around the accommodation, caused by any circumstances.

Other
We recommend that you take out appropriate travel and cancellation insurance. By signing, booking, and making the subsequent payment of the rental price, you agree to the above conditions and the general rental terms of Portugalvillas.
