Conditions
The rental price includes the use of Wi-Fi, water and electricity, final cleaning (unless agreed otherwise) and swimming pool maintenance.
Deposit
You are requested to pay a deposit of €300. This will be refunded if no damage has been caused by you. In the event of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, and additional payment will be required for any damage that may have occurred.
Payment
When booking, you will receive the rental contract, confirmation, and directions. The reservation is only confirmed after a deposit of 30% of the rent. The remaining amount, including the aforementioned deposit, must be paid 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.
Tourist Tax
For a maximum of seven nights, all guests aged 13 and older will be charged. The following rates apply:
- Low season, November 1st to March 31st: €1.00 per person per night
- High season, April 1st to October 31st: €2.00 per person per night
Cancellation
If the rental agreement is canceled by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees will be charged:
a. If canceled up to 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental fee.
b. If canceled less than 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.
Arrival and departure
You can check in to the accommodation after 4:00 PM and must check out before 10:00 AM on the day of departure; this is to allow for cleaning of the accommodation.
Liability
Portugalvillas/landlord(s) accept no liability for the consequences of any accidents during your stay in Portugal, in and around the accommodation, caused by any circumstances whatsoever.
Others
We advise you to take out proper travel and cancellation insurance.
