About Casa Lydia l Ground-floor villa with a large garden by the sea

The villa is perfectly located on the first line of the Algarve Clube Atlantico resort. This privileged villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden with fantastic ocean views and a great pool. Walking distance from Praia do Carvalho. Entrance through large iron gate with private parking.

Designed in typical Portuguese architecture, this villa is all on one level. The partly covered terrace with BBQ, directly in front of the living room, has a beautiful view of the ocean. All bedrooms lead to the garden and to the pool. The swimming pool (10 x 4 m.) with stairs to the water and shallow end, can be heated on request and at extra cost.

Inside it has four tastefully decorated bedrooms with direct access to the garden and pool. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. The living room is spacious with a separate TV and a sitting area that gives direct access to the covered terrace with beautiful sea views. The large Portuguese-style kitchen with dining area is fully equipped.

Algarve Clube Atlântico is a quiet villa and apartment resort overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. At the heart of the resort are the reception, restaurant and common area with swimming pool, children's playground, mini golf and tennis courts. This exclusive resort is located within walking distance of Praia do Carvalho beach and just a short drive from the nearby village of Carvoeiro.

Rental conditions

Rental conditions
The rent includes the use of water, air conditioning and electricity (incl. washing of bed linen, etc., maintenance of the pool and garden), and the use of internet WiFi. Not included is the use of the central heating. And wood for the fireplace. The rental price is calculated for a maximum of 6 people.

Deposit
Payment deposit before arrival, with the 2nd deposit of 70% you are requested to pay the deposit of 500 euros. This will be returned on departure if no damage has been caused by you. In the event of damage, part or all of the damage may be withheld, and additional payment of any damage incurred is also required.

Payment
When booking you will receive the rental contract, confirmation and route description. The reservation is only final after payment of 30% of the rent. The remaining amount must be paid, including the above-mentioned deposit 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.

Tourist tax
Up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights, all guests aged 13 or older will be charged. These costs can be paid at the park reception during check-in. The following costs will be charged:
Low season, November 1 to March 31: 1 euro per night per person
High season, April 1 to October 31: 2 euros per night per person

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rent.
b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can move into the villa after 4 p.m. and must have left the villa before 10 a.m.; this is in connection with the cleaning of the villa.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of any accidents, etc. during your stay in Portugal, in and around the accommodation, caused by whatever circumstances.
