About Casa Maravilha | Comfortable stay in traditional resort style with sea views

This charming villa in traditional Portuguese bungalow style is located in a quiet part of the Algarve Clube Atlântico resort. The property offers plenty of privacy and is surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden with palm trees and lush lawns. From the spacious roof terrace, partially covered with an awning, you can enjoy stunning views of the sea. The exclusive Praia do Carvalho beach is just a few hundred meters away, making this an ideal location for a relaxing holiday.

The villa is set on a fully enclosed plot with a private entrance gate and ample parking space. Four covered terraces provide wonderful spots to relax or dine outdoors, each offering views of the garden and swimming pool. In the garden, you will find a barbecue, perfect for enjoying pleasant evenings outside. The spacious 75 m² roof terrace offers spectacular sea views in three directions. The heated swimming pool, measuring 9 by 5 meters and featuring night lighting, can be accessed via steps leading into the shallow end. Please note that heating the pool incurs an additional cost.

Inside, the villa features three modern bedrooms, each with direct access to the garden. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and electric heaters. There are three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences. The tastefully decorated living and dining room offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, complete with a fireplace, flat-screen satellite TV with international channels, DVD player, and Wi-Fi.

Algarve Clube Atlântico is a peaceful and exclusive resort with villas and apartments along the Atlantic coast. At the heart of the resort, you will find the reception, a restaurant, and several facilities including a communal swimming pool, children’s playground, mini golf, and tennis courts. The beautiful Praia do Carvalho beach is within walking distance, and the charming village of Carvoeiro is just a short drive away, where you can enjoy local restaurants and shops.

We would love to return!

We had an amazing time at Casa Maravilha. A very beautiful, spacious house with everything you could need. Every day we enjoyed both the sunrise and the sunset, which was truly special. We chose a heated pool, and the kids were able to swim comfortably in December. The location is absolutely perfect, and the house is cleaned twice a week. We would love to return! A big 10 also for Tom's service, who is always thinking ahead and offering solutions.

Rental conditions

Rental Conditions
The rental price includes the use of water, air conditioning, electricity, WiFi, final cleaning (unless agreed otherwise) and maintenance of the swimming pool and garden. The rental price does not include the use of central heating, pool heating, or electricity during the winter months. The rental price is calculated for a maximum of 6 people.

Deposit
A deposit of €500 is required before arrival, along with the second deposit of 30%. This deposit will be refunded upon departure if no damage has been caused by you. In the event of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, and additional payment for any incurred damage will also be required.

Payment
When booking, you will receive the rental contract, confirmation, and directions. The reservation is only final after payment of 30% of the rental fee. The remaining amount, including the deposit mentioned above, must be paid 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.

Tourist Tax
For a maximum of seven nights, all guests aged 13 and older will be charged. The following rates apply:

Low season, November 1st to March 31st: €1.00 per person per night
High season, April 1st to October 31st: €2.00 per person per night

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees will apply:
a. If canceled up to 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental fee.
b. If canceled less than 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and Departure
You can check into the accommodation after 4:00 PM and must check out before 10:00 AM to allow for cleaning of the accommodation.

Liability
Portugalvillas/landlord(s) accept no liability for the consequences of any accidents during your stay in Portugal, in and around the accommodation, caused by any circumstances whatsoever.

Others
We advise you to take out proper travel and cancellation insurance.
