About Casa Mirador l Phenomenal view

Casa Mirador is available for long-term stays for a minimum of one year. Available from September 12, 2026.

Deze klassiek Portugese villa is uniek gelegen op een heuvel en biedt daardoor niet alleen optimale privacy, maar ook nog eens een fenomenaal uitzicht over het prachtige platteland en de kuststrook in de verte. Ondanks de heerlijk rustige ligging is ‘de bewoonde wereld’ niet ver weg: de historische vestingstad Silves ligt slechts op tien minuten rijden, terwijl zich op loopafstand van de villa een klein supermarktje en verschillende onvervalst Portugese barretjes bevinden.

De modern ingerichte en gedecoreerde villa, geschikt voor gezinnen en gezelschappen tot maximaal tot tien personen, beschikt over vijf slaapkamers, waarvan er twee op de begane grond gesitueerd zijn. Hier vinden we ook nog een geheel zelfstandig appartement met eigen ingang.

Verdeeld over een woonoppervlakte van 410 m² telt de perfect onderhouden villa verder drie luxe badkamers, een grote halfronde woonkamer, een eethoek met houthaard en een semi open keuken die uitgerust is met alle benodigde apparatuur. De master bedroom, voorzien van airco en satelliet-tv, heeft een badkamer en suite. In en rond de villa hebben de bewoners de beschikking over WiFi en een uiterst modern muzieksysteem.

De maar liefst 4.500 m² tellende en geheel afgeschermde tuin beschikt over verschillende terrassen, een ruim, niervormig zwembad met luxe ligbedden, en een buitenkeuken met barbecue, pizzaoven en gezellige eettafel. Alle ingrediënten om optimaal te genieten van het Portugese buitenleven zijn hier dus aanwezig. Ook ‘s avonds, wanneer de villa en het zwembad feeëriek verlicht zijn, is het hier heerlijk toeven.

Gezinnen met kinderen vinden in de directe nabijheid van de villa verschillende waterparken en diverse andere attracties. Ook voor volwassenen heeft de omgeving genoeg mogelijkheden tot ontspanning in petto: karakteristieke steden als Albufeira, Portimão, Silves en Carvoeiro zijn vanuit Casa Mirador zijn gemakkelijk en snel te bereiken, net als een groot aantal schitterende stranden en uitdagende golfbanen. Deze unieke vakantievilla is een ontdekking dan ook meer dan waard!

Fantastic house

We have been with the family in this fantastic house. Beautiful view and lots of privacy. Really recommended. We have been very well helped and an immediate answer to a question.

Such a luxury

Hi Tom, we look back to a wonderful week in Casa Maridor. Such a luxury. The BBQ is stirred up daily by the men. Even when it was pouring rain. Once used the pizza oven. They were so proud of the homemade pizza. The Sonos system is already known to the kids, has of course been well tried out, which was also a winner. The only thing less was the shower. It will be a true water ballet and therefore very dangerous. Placing a screen prevents a lot of trouble. Showering in the bathroom of the master bedroom, done in front of the window. One morning I was taking a shower when the people who came to clean the pool walked unannounced on the path while I was in the shower. I wasn't happy about that. Furthermore, it is recommended.

What a lovely house to stay

Rental conditions

Terms and Conditions
The rental price includes the use of water, electricity and Wi-Fi internet, as well as the washing of bed linen and towels, and the maintenance of the swimming pool and garden. Firewood for the fireplace is not included.The rental price is based on the stated maximum number of guests. If visitors stay overnight during your stay, additional charges will apply. Please inform us upon arrival or during your stay.

Security Deposit
The security deposit must be paid prior to arrival. Together with the second payment of 70% of the rental amount, you will be requested to pay a security deposit of €300.
Provided no damage has occurred during your stay, the deposit will be refunded after departure. In the event of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld. If the damage exceeds the deposit amount, additional payment may be required.

Payment
Upon booking, you will receive the rental agreement, booking confirmation and directions to the property.
The reservation is only confirmed once a 30% deposit of the rental amount has been received. The remaining balance, including the security deposit, must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees apply:
a. Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental amount.
b. Cancellation from 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and Departure
You may check in to the villa from 4:00 PM onwards. Check-out must take place before 10:00 AM on the day of departure to allow sufficient time for cleaning the villa.

Liability
Portugalvillas and/or the property owner(s) accept no liability for any accidents, injuries, loss or damage that may occur during your stay in Portugal, in or around the accommodation, regardless of the cause.

Other
We strongly recommend taking out comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance.
