Get to know Casa Pedreira: These villas are new to our portfolio, and we would like to introduce you to these beautiful holiday homes. During the first rental year (2026), we offer these properties at an attractive introductory rate. You will be among the first guests to enjoy this comfortable and atmospheric place in the Algarve.

Casa Pedreira consists of two beautiful, detached holiday homes: Casa Norte and Casa Sul. Both houses are on separate plots, situated one behind the other, offering complete privacy with the option to stay together. This makes the property especially suitable for families or groups of friends who want to vacation together while maintaining individual space. The villas are recently built and are among the first in Portugal to be constructed using natural materials such as straw and wood. This sustainable construction provides a pleasant indoor climate: cool in summer and comfortably warm in winter. For added comfort, all bedrooms and living rooms are equipped with air conditioning that can both cool and heat.

The interiors of Casa Norte and Casa Sul are similar in terms of luxury and amenities, with slightly different layouts. Casa Sul is at the front, and Casa Norte is situated behind. Both houses feature a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a utility room. Each property has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and an additional separate toilet. One bedroom has a spacious double bed, while the other bedrooms have comfortable single beds that can easily be combined. Inside, you will find all modern conveniences, including a TV with Dutch channels, Netflix, and radio.

Outside, the true holiday experience begins. Each house has its own terrace and private swimming pool. There is ample space around the properties to relax in the sun or in the shade. The gardens feature sun loungers, a lawn, a table tennis table, a barbecue, and a pétanque court, offering plenty of opportunities for outdoor enjoyment and shared activities.

Casa Pedreira is located in the peaceful area of Pedreira, just 6 kilometers east of the historic town of Silves, known for its impressive castle, lively restaurants, and charming terraces. The houses are set in a rural environment, next to an orange grove and opposite a small local café. The property itself was formerly an orange orchard, and some of these trees are still present. Depending on the season, you can enjoy freshly picked oranges, a local specialty for which the Silves region is famous. For active guests, there are opportunities nearby to rent bicycles, play golf, or explore walking and hiking routes, both inland and towards the coast. The Algarve beaches are 20 to 30 minutes away by car, and Faro Airport is approximately 45 minutes away. Casa Pedreira offers a combination of peace, nature, and comfort, with all the experiences of the Algarve within easy reach.

Rental conditions

Terms and Conditions
The rental price includes the use of Wi-Fi, air conditioning, water and electricity, maintenance of the swimming pool and garden, and final cleaning.

Payment
At the time of booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The remaining balance, including the security deposit, must be paid 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal. The reservation is only confirmed after the 30% deposit has been received.

Security Deposit
At the time of the second payment, you will be asked to pay an amount of €600. This will be returned to your bank account within 7 days if no damage has been caused by you. In the event of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, and any additional costs for damage incurred will also be charged.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees will apply:
a. Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental price.
b. Cancellation from 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and Departure
You may check in after 4:00 PM and must check out before 10:00 AM to allow time for cleaning the accommodation.

Liability
Portugalvillas / the owner(s) accept no liability for any accidents or consequences during your stay in Portugal, in particular in and around the accommodation, regardless of the circumstances.

Other
We advise you to take out adequate travel and cancellation insurance.
