Experience the ultimate vacation vibe in this exclusive infinity pool villa in the heart of the Algarve. With stunning views over the lush landscape, this villa offers all the luxury and comfort for a relaxing stay. The spacious 686 m² villa is perfect for families and groups of up to 16 people, featuring six bedrooms with comfortable beds, two stylish living rooms, and two fully equipped kitchens across two different levels, providing extra privacy for multiple families. Here, you can enjoy peace and privacy while still having all the conveniences within reach.

Outside, you'll find a large infinity pool of 90 m², surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers, a jacuzzi, and multiple seating areas. The spacious veranda and terrace are equipped with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ, perfect for cozy evenings with family and friends.

Inside, the comfort continues. The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating, and offers fast WiFi throughout. The kitchens are fitted with modern appliances, such as a large fridge, separate freezer, steam oven, and a Bora stove. The living rooms invite you to relax on evenings with a good glass of wine by the fireplace or a movie on the smart TV.

The rental price for a smaller group (2-10 people) is available upon request.

For those seeking entertainment and activities, the villa offers a games room with a snooker table that can be converted into a table tennis table. The room also features a dartboard, foosball, and a Nintendo. Additionally, there is a small gym for those who want to stay active. A unique extra is the small farm located beneath the villa, where guests can enjoy horseback riding and admire the animals, including goats, sheep, mini ponies, and a Lusitano horse.

The location is ideal for exploring the Algarve. The most beautiful beaches are just a fifteen-minute drive away. Water parks such as Aqua Show Park and Slide & Splash, as well as several golf courses, are within a fifteen-minute reach. In the immediate area, you'll find restaurants, supermarkets, and cafes, and the airport is a forty-minute drive away. Renting a car is recommended to fully enjoy the surroundings.

Algarve - Tunes

Tunes is located in the southern part of Portugal, in the Faro province, and is situated about 15 kilometers northwest of the well-known city of Albufeira. The village has a rich history and a strong sense of community, which is reflected in local festivals and events. Tunes is known for its traditional architecture, with whitewashed houses and narrow streets that highlight the charm of the village.

Tunes has some local shops for daily necessities, but for a wider range of shopping, you can go to Albufeira, which is approximately 15 kilometers away. The village offers cozy dining establishments where you can enjoy local dishes and Portuguese hospitality.

The Chapel of São Sebastião, located in the heart of the village, is a sight with historical charm that is worth a visit. A short drive away, you'll find the beautiful beaches of Albufeira, perfect for a relaxing day by the coast. About 50 kilometers away along the coast lies the breathtaking Parque Natural da Ria Formosa, a paradise for bird enthusiasts with an abundance of biodiversity.

Faro International Airport, situated approximately 40 kilometers away, is the nearest airport.

Rental conditions

Rental Terms and Conditions
The rental price includes the use of water, air conditioning, and electricity (including laundry of bed linen, pool and garden maintenance) as well as Wi-Fi access. The price is based on the indicated number of guests. If additional visitors stay during your stay, extra charges will apply. Please inform us in advance if this is the case.

Deposit
The deposit will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days after your stay, provided no damage has occurred. In case of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, and an additional payment may be required to cover the damage.

Payment
When making the booking, you will receive the rental agreement, confirmation, and instructions. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 30% deposit of the rental price is paid. The remaining balance, including the aforementioned deposit, must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival in Portugal.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by the renter(s), the following cancellation fees will apply:
a. Cancellations up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental price.
b. Cancellations within 8 weeks of the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and Departure
You may check in at the villa after 16:00 and must vacate the villa by 10:00 to allow for cleaning.

Liability
Portugalvillas and the landlord(s) accept no liability for accidents or incidents that occur during your stay in Portugal or around the accommodation, regardless of the circumstances.
