Get to know Casa Sul: This villa is new to our portfolio, and we would like to introduce you to this beautiful property. During its first rental year (2026), we offer this holiday home at an attractive introductory rate. You will be among the first guests to stay in this comfortable and atmospheric place in the Algarve.

Casa Sul is a detached holiday home located at the front of Casa Pedreira. Here, you enjoy peace and privacy, with all amenities within easy reach. The house has been sustainably built using natural materials such as straw and wood, creating a pleasant indoor climate that stays cool during warm summer days and comfortably warm in winter. For added comfort, the bedrooms and living room are equipped with air conditioning.

The interior of Casa Sul is bright and airy, with soft tones that create a fresh and timeless appearance. Warm, earthy accents in terracotta, beige, rust brown, and olive green enhance the Mediterranean character and contribute to a relaxed atmosphere. You have access to a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a utility room. The house features three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as an additional separate toilet. The master bedroom has a large double bed, while the other bedrooms are flexibly arranged with single beds that can easily be combined. For entertainment, there is a TV with Dutch channels and Netflix.

Outside, you experience the true holiday feeling with a terrace and private swimming pool, where you can choose between sun or shade. The garden offers sun loungers, a lawn, a barbecue, a table tennis table, and a pétanque court, making the house suitable for both relaxation and shared activities.

Casa Sul is located in the rural area of Pedreira, just 6 kilometers from the historic town of Silves, known for its castle and lively terraces. The beaches of the Algarve are within a 20 to 30-minute drive, and Faro Airport can be reached in approximately 45 minutes. This central location makes it easy to explore the surroundings and is an important reason why many guests choose this holiday home. Rental conditions

Conditions
The rental price includes the use of WiFi, air conditioning, water and electricity, as well as the final cleaning. Long-stay and winter rental rates and conditions are available upon request.

Payment
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival, together with the security deposit. The reservation is only final after receipt of the 30% deposit.

Security Deposit
Upon arrival, you are requested to pay a security deposit of €300. If no damage has been caused, this amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days. In the event of damage, the cost may be fully or partially deducted from the deposit, or additional payment may be required to cover the damages incurred.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees will apply:
a. Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental amount.
b. Cancellation from 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and Departure
You may check in after 4:00 PM, and you must vacate the accommodation before 10:00 AM; this is due to the cleaning schedule of the property.

Liability
Portugalvillas/landlord(s) accept no liability whatsoever for the consequences of any accidents, etc., during your stay in Portugal, and in particular in and around the accommodation, regardless of the circumstances under which they occur.

Other
We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance.
By making your booking and subsequent payment of the rental amount, you declare that you agree to the above conditions and the general rental terms and conditions of Portugalvillas.
