Welcome to Casa Tá Top, a stylish and luxurious city villa in the heart of the Algarve. This newly built home offers everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday, featuring modern conveniences and elegant décor.

Casa Tá Top boasts three outdoor areas where you can soak up the sun all day. The rooftop terrace offers panoramic views, the rear balcony provides an intimate spot to unwind, and the patio or backyard features a heated plunge pool, a jacuzzi, and a green-surrounded patio. The folding doors at the back of the house can be fully opened, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing you to fully enjoy peace and privacy.

Inside, you’ll find luxurious bedrooms with comfortable 180x200 cm king-size beds and a private smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day full of activities. For fitness enthusiasts, there is a fully equipped home gym, partially covered and open-air, so you can train in complete tranquility. Casa Tá Top also offers a private parking space and a welcome package with basic groceries such as water, wine, pasta, and yogurt to make your stay immediately enjoyable.

The location of Casa Tá Top makes it an excellent base for exploring the Algarve. Some of the most beautiful beaches are just a five-minute drive away, and the charming fishing village of Ferragudo, with its authentic beach bars and trendy hotspots, is only 9 kilometers away. For adventurous guests, the world-famous Benagil Caves and the vibrant city of Portimão are nearby. Children can have fun at the spectacular Slide & Splash water park, located just 4 kilometers away.

we had a really amazing stay here - the house was beautiful, so well designed and just a pleasure to relax and spend time in. Our hosts were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Lagoa was a pretty little town and, whilst it didn't have much going on in itself, it is well located with several other towns and landmarks in every direction just a short drive away. We also found an excellent brunch spot just round the corner on the last morning! overall, we couldn't have asked for more

Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, mit liebevollen Details und tollen Extras wie dem Jacuzzi und dem Badebecken, einfach traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend: immer erreichbar, super freundlich und mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Casa Ta Top is unreal, as soon as you walk you will feel at home in a very luxurious environment. The property is extremely clean with beautiful amenities. We had a toddler and had everything we needed. We hope to come back again soon as we really didn't want to leave this beautiful space.

We had an amazing 5-day stay in Lagoa! The home was renovated and is absolutely stunning, with so much attention to detail, every corner felt warm, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The pool and jacuzzi were such a treat, perfect for relaxing after exploring the Algarve. Everything was exactly as described (and even better in person), making our stay incredibly comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to come back again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Tom’s place in Lagoa. I travelled with my family, and the house offered so many wonderful nooks and crannies to enjoy together or to retreat for some quiet time. From relaxing in the garden to watching the sunset from the rooftop, every corner felt thoughtfully designed and inviting. The space itself is beautifully decorated, blending comfort with style, and it’s stacked with thoughtful options for how to spend your time. Whether we wanted to cook, lounge, or explore, the house had everything we needed and more. We couldn’t have asked for a better base for our trip, and Tom was a fantastic host. Highly recommend Casa Ta Top for anyone looking for a special stay in Lagoa.

Een heerlijke week gehad in Casa Tatop! Rustig gelegen, sfeervol design, en heerlijke bedden. Voor de verkoeling een heerlijk dip zwembad en een jacuzzi. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien.

Our stay at Casa Ta Top was everything we could have hoped for and more. On entering the property, your initial response is Wow! The attention to detail and quality of fixtures and furnishings were outstanding. The whole home was stylish with unique pictures in all of the rooms. The kitchen is high quality with everything you could need when dining in. With water, wine,and coffee on arrival. I was taken aback when I saw a lovely little touch in the ensuite bathroom. You are spolit for choice with outside areas, each offering a different feeling. Downstairs you can sit and eat, whilst listening to the birds and lapping waters from the plunge pool. Then you have the jacuzzi option, we even saw a lizard on the wall! If you wish only to sunbathe then the upper floor is the place for you. All offering full privacy. This is pure luxury, giving you a holiday to remember. Supermarkets and lovely bars and cafes very close. Would recommend a car to travel the area.

Casa Tá Top is a beautifully renovated, charming old town house tucked away in the narrow streets of Lagoa. The interior, both inside and out, is modern, extremely atmospheric, and fresh, which made us feel right at home immediately. We enjoyed sunbathing and having drinks on the roof, and we also made use of the gym, a great way to work out while overlooking the rooftops of Lagoa. From the jacuzzi on the first-floor terrace, we watched the stars at night, truly special! Casa Tá Top gave us the ultimate holiday feeling with the luxury surrounding us and let us experience the real Portuguese life as soon as we stepped out the front door. It was wonderful to grab a coffee just around the corner, do our shopping at the local covered market, or have lunch at the typical Portuguese restaurant Chrissy’s. The six of us had fantastic days in this unique house, and we look back on it with great pleasure. The house manager made sure everything was perfectly arranged, in short, we will definitely be back!

From Lagoa, the beaches are just a short drive away. The coastline near Carvoeiro and Benagil is famous for dramatic cliffs, hidden coves, and crystal-clear water. Whether you want to sunbathe, swim, or take a boat trip to the caves, the sea is never far and always inviting.

Authentic Villages and Towns

Rental conditions

Terms and Conditions  
The rental price includes the use of Wi-Fi, water, electricity, final cleaning (unless agreed otherwise) and maintenance of the pool, jacuzzi and garden.

Security Deposit  
You are requested to pay a deposit of €300. This will be refunded if no damage has been caused. In case of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, and additional payment for any damage incurred may be required.  

Payment  
Upon booking, you will receive the rental contract and confirmation. The reservation is only confirmed once a 30% deposit of the rental amount is paid.  
The remaining balance, including the above-mentioned security deposit, must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival in Portugal.  

Tourist Tax
For a maximum of seven nights, all guests aged 13 and older will be charged. The following rates apply:

  • Low season, November 1st to March 31st: €1.00 per person per night
  • High season, April 1st to October 31st: €2.00 per person per night

Cancellation  
In case of cancellation by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees apply:  
a. Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental amount.  
b. Cancellation within 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.  

Arrival and Departure  
You may check in to the accommodation after 4:00 PM and must vacate the accommodation by 10:00 AM. This is to allow for cleaning of the accommodation.  

Liability  
Portugalvillas / the property owner(s) accept no liability for any accidents or similar incidents during your stay in Portugal, in or around the accommodation, caused by any circumstances.  

Others
We advise you to take out proper travel and cancellation insurance.
