About Casa Trinidade | Quietly located villa with a cozy interior and lovely outdoor space

This comfortable four-bedroom villa is peacefully located and offers a pleasant place to stay all year round.
The property sits in a green setting with a well-maintained garden and a private swimming pool, perfect for relaxing or enjoying the sun. The location is ideal for guests who enjoy walking or exploring the cliffs and coastline of the Algarve. Within a five-minute walk, you will find the Carvoeiro Tennis + Padel Club and a nearby gym.

Just a short drive away are the charming fishing villages of Carvoeiro and Ferragudo. Both offer a wide selection of restaurants in various price ranges, as well as several golf courses and some of the Algarve’s most famous beaches.

The villa is spread over two floors and offers excellent outdoor areas, including a spacious garden, a swimming pool that can be heated at an additional cost, and a furnished terrace with a dining table and chairs for outdoor meals. There is also a comfortable lounge area, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy long, warm days and evenings.

Inside, the villa features four bedrooms, three with double beds and one with twin beds. There are four bathrooms, three with showers and one with a bathtub and separate shower. The bedroom on the first floor has its own en-suite bathroom and a small terrace with distant sea views.
The living and dining areas are bright and tastefully decorated, and the modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a dining area and a cosy recreation room with an open fireplace. The interior is stylish and carefully designed.
The kitchen, as well as the upstairs bedroom and bathroom, have underfloor heating, while the other rooms are fitted with air conditioning.

The villa is part of Carvoeiro Clube, one of the most renowned resorts in the Algarve. Each villa within the resort is individually designed and features a private garden and pool. The location is ideal, close to the village of Carvoeiro and some of Europe’s most beautiful beaches. Guests of Carvoeiro Clube can also make use of the nearby sports facilities at Carvoeiro Clube de Ténis.

A large and beautiful house. The owners' decor gives it a welcoming, homely feel. The interior is a bit dated, and the outdoor furniture is in need of replacement. The lack of air conditioning in the kitchen is a small drawback. The price-quality ratio for the summer season feels a bit off. Service and cleanliness were great, and the location is excellent.

What a lovely house! Everything has been thought of! Fantastic swimming pool and garden with many places to sit, the house is cleaned every 2 days including new towels, the beds are wonderful. Beautiful beaches and nice restaurants nearby. Everything a few minutes away by car.

Rental conditions

Rental Conditions
The rental price includes the use of water, air conditioning, electricity, WiFi, final cleaning (unless otherwise agreed), and maintenance of the swimming pool and garden. The rental price does not include the use of central heating, pool heating, or electricity during the winter months. The rental price is calculated for a maximum of 8 people.

Deposit
A deposit of €500 is required before arrival, along with the second deposit of 30%. This deposit will be refunded upon departure if no damage has been caused by you. In the event of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, and additional payment for any incurred damage will also be required.

Payment
When booking, you will receive the rental contract, confirmation, and directions. The reservation is only final after the payment of 30% of the rental fee. The remaining balance, including the deposit mentioned above, must be paid 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.

Tourist Tax
For a maximum of seven nights, all guests aged 13 and older will be charged. The following rates apply:

Low season, November 1st to March 31st: €1.00 per person per night
High season, April 1st to October 31st: €2.00 per person per night

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees will apply:
a. If canceled up to 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental fee.
b. If canceled less than 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and Departure
You can check into the accommodation after 4:00 PM and must check out before 10:00 AM to allow for cleaning of the accommodation.

Liability
Portugalvillas/landlord(s) accept no liability for the consequences of any accidents or incidents that occur during your stay in Portugal, either inside or around the accommodation, caused by any circumstances.

Others
We advise you to take out proper travel and cancellation insurance.
