Introducing Frederique Home, a new holiday home in our portfolio. In its first year (2026), you can stay here at an attractive introductory rate. This villa is located in a quiet and charming neighborhood, just a short distance from the center, marina, and beaches of Vilamoura. Here, you enjoy peace and privacy while still having vibrancy within easy reach. The property was fully renovated in 2026 and radiates quality, comfort, and style. The beautifully landscaped garden with characteristic olive trees and lush planting creates a serene place to relax. The generous swimming pool with a raised platform offers space to unwind and cool off in the water. The outdoor lounge with spacious cushions, a fireplace, and a barbecue completes long evenings outdoors.

The interior of the villa has been carefully curated. Light tones, natural materials, and artworks create a warm and luxurious atmosphere. On the upper floor, you will find three stylish bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The ground floor features a spacious studio with a seating area and television, ideal for children or teenagers who want their own space. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and an elegant armchair. In addition, there is a separate TV room for extra relaxation.

The surroundings of Vilamoura offer a combination of peace and vibrancy. You will stay in a green, sheltered setting, surrounded by tall trees that provide complete privacy. At the same time, the marina, town center, and beaches are easily accessible. This makes the villa ideal for guests seeking comfort, a convenient location, and a complete holiday experience. Frederique Home offers everything needed for a relaxing stay, where you can create new memories together with family or friends.

A fun fact: Frederique, the owner and interior architect behind this villa, grew up in the Netherlands and studied in Amsterdam, before relocating to Switzerland more than 25 years ago. Since 2012, she has focused entirely on interior design under the name Frederique Home, for both private and corporate clients, in the Netherlands and abroad. She approaches each project personally, with attention to the client’s wishes and a careful balance between style, comfort, and budget. Her preference for a calm foundation and the use of warm materials results in interiors that are not only refined but also feel welcoming and comfortable. In this villa, you experience her vision up close: a harmonious whole where comfort, style, and functionality come together.

Rental conditions

Rental Conditions
The rental price includes the use of water, air conditioning and electricity, Wi-Fi, swimming pool and garden maintenance, and final cleaning. The rental price is based on the specified number of persons. If visitors stay overnight during your stay, additional charges will apply. Please report this upon arrival or during your stay.

Security Deposit
The security deposit must be paid before arrival; with the second payment of 70%, you will be requested to settle the deposit. If no damage has been caused by you, the deposit will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days after departure. In case of damage, part or the full amount may be retained. Any incurred damages must be additionally compensated.

Payment
The reservation is only final after a 30% deposit has been paid. The remaining balance, including the above-mentioned security deposit, must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival in Portugal.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees will apply:
a. In case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental amount.
b. In case of cancellation within 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and Departure
You may check in from 16:00 in the afternoon and must vacate the accommodation by 10:00 in the morning; this is due to cleaning requirements.

Liability
Portugalvillas / the landlord(s) accept no liability for any consequences of accidents or similar incidents during your stay in Portugal, in and around the accommodation, regardless of the cause.

Other
We recommend that you take out adequate travel and cancellation insurance.
