This holiday villa with private swimming pool and three bedrooms accommodates six people and is located in the countryside of the Algarve, in Estrela Montes, close to the picturesque village of Boliqueime. Facing south and surrounded by almond, orange, carob and olive trees, it offers peace and space. At the same time, the airport, various towns, villages and beautiful beaches can be reached within 15 to 30 minutes by car.
Quinta Oliveira is a recently fully renovated, semi-detached villa. The property features a living room with direct access to the terraces and a 4 by 12 metre swimming pool, a modern kitchen equipped with all conveniences, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The spacious terraces provide plenty of sun and privacy, with views over the surrounding orchard.
Inside, the villa is stylishly furnished and generously laid out. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating, making the house suitable for both summer and winter stays. The elevated living room with wood-burning stove overlooks the valley with the sea in the distance. The interior is modern and light, with a comfortable seating area, widescreen television with Dutch channels, and wireless internet. The handmade kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, Smeg induction cooker and Nespresso machine. A washing machine is also available. Thanks to the large glass sliding doors measuring 6 by 2.40 metres, the living room and kitchen connect seamlessly to the terrace and pool. Wooden ceilings and tiled floors create a warm and atmospheric style.
Outdoors, the villa offers plenty of privacy thanks to the stone wall surrounding the property. The south-facing garden features a large private swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, and overlooks the valley with sea views in the distance. The covered terrace by the living room is furnished with a large dining table, perfect for long dinners. A barbecue, seating area and ample space for children to play are also provided.
The surroundings of Quinta Oliveira are rural and tranquil. Boliqueime is a 10-minute drive away and offers amenities such as a supermarket, bank, pharmacy and several restaurants. Loulé, known for its covered market with fruit, vegetables and fish, is 20 minutes away. On Saturday mornings a lively farmers’ market takes place around the market hall. Thanks to its central location in Estrela Montes, the villa offers easy access to authentic Portuguese village life as well as to the beaches and larger towns, all within a short drive.
