In the rolling landscape of the Algarve lies Quinta Romanzeira, an authentic and comfortable Portuguese house for 2 + 2 guests. The owner has transformed the old ruin into a charming retreat where peace and nature take center stage. The house combines traditional architecture with modern comforts and provides an ideal base for exploring the region. The sea is only 20 minutes away, and around the house you will find picturesque villages and lush greenery.

The interior of Quinta Romanzeira is spacious and inviting. The exterior retains the characteristic white walls, while inside wooden furniture, an old floor, artwork, and high-quality materials create a warm and stylish atmosphere.
The house has two bedrooms with very comfortable beds: the ground-floor bedroom features a double bed, and the upstairs bedroom has two single beds, with a safety gate at the staircase. The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower and luxury towels. The living area with an open kitchen and dining table offers views of the garden and pool. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare delicious meals, which can be served on the veranda to fully enjoy the Portuguese outdoor lifestyle.

Outside, you will find a covered patio with a dining table and an inviting pool with a sun deck. The spacious 4 by 10-meter pool includes a separate shallow area, and the garden invites you to relax on the comfortable sun loungers. For beach lovers, it is only a 20-minute drive to several beaches with impressive rock formations, where you can enjoy the sun and the sea.

Just a few days back home after a WONDERFUL stay at Casa Romanzeira! For us, it was the perfect house for our young family (a 2.5-year-old daughter and a 5-month-old son). With an extra travel cot for our baby in the bedroom, changing pads, and stair gates leading to the upstairs bedroom, it was ideal for us. The interior was lovely, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking nice meals. The garden, pool (with a shallow area, perfect for our daughter to play in!), and veranda were fantastic! The house is located on a quiet little road, and with the rental car you can reach one of the beautiful beaches within 15–20 minutes. Before our stay, we had great contact with Tom, which was really nice. On-site, Don was the manager, and we also had good communication with him, there was a small issue with the electricity, but it was fixed within 24 hours thanks to his quick action! Excellent! I truly hope to return here again with my family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Everything was perfectly taken care of, with great attention to detail throughout. We stayed here with our 6-month-old baby, and the house was perfectly equipped for that as well. It immediately felt comfortable and relaxing. Truly a wonderful place for anyone looking to enjoy a carefree holiday!

Wat een prachtig verblijf! Het huis heeft alles wat nodig is voor een heerlijke vakantie inclusief heerlijke bedden. Het zwembad buiten is fantastisch met lekkere ligbedden. De kinderen hebben zich heerlijk vermaakt in en om het huis. Daarnaast zijn er goede restaurants en stranden dicht in de buurt. Vooral het plaatsje Vilamoura is een aanrader met mooie stranden en goede restaurants.

Dat is nog eens service!

What a wonderful week we had in this amazing house! Cozy, clean, and equipped with every comfort. The kids (almost 6 and 7) also had a fantastic time! Every day, waking up and jumping straight into the pool, who wouldn’t want that? The fun actually started right after booking. We regularly received updates with tips, options for booking extra services, a Spotify playlist to get us in the mood, and even a package in the mailbox with additional information and a card game. Now that’s service! On location, the contact was very pleasant and everything went smoothly. For us, it was truly a 10/10!

Gewoon doen!

We were able to enjoy Quinta Romanzeira for 6 weeks. From the moment we arrived, the feeling was TOP. It is a fantastic house with everything you could need, including weekly interim cleaning. If in doubt, just do it.

Great house, beautiful location, brand new Alarm when entering drama. It was not described anywhere how and what. Nice house, used by two people. Might consider king size bed downstairs. Terrace and swimming pool perfect, sunbeds quite hard due to thin lounger cushion. Fantastic accommodation!

Had a wonderful stay in a stunning villa.

Last May was the second time I rented a house through Portugal Villas. It’s a great company with personalized advice and excellent communication. Upon arrival, you find yourself in a beautiful villa. The house I stayed in for a week had every comfort, and you could tell it was built and decorated with love. It had a homely feel, and because of that, I felt confident enough to go on vacation alone for the first time in my life! That says a lot ;-) In short: I had a fantastic stay, and I will definitely book a house with Portugal Villas again.

Nearest Beaches
Although Boliqueime is inland, the nearby beaches are just a short drive away. Praia da Falésia is a standout with its long stretches of golden sand and dramatic red cliffs, offering both stunning views and plenty of space to relax. For a more intimate beach day, you can visit smaller coves along the coast, where the water is calm and perfect for swimming.

Authentic Villages and Towns

Rental conditions

Conditions
The rental price includes the use of WiFi, air conditioning, water, electricity, final cleaning (unless agreed otherwise) and maintenance of the swimming pool and garden. Not included is the use of the underfloor heating (warm air conditioning).

Payment
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required upon booking. The remaining amount, including the deposit, must be paid 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.
The reservation is only final after payment of 30%.

Deposit
With the 2nd payment, you will be requested to pay an amount of €500. If no damage has been caused by you, this will be returned to your bank account within 7 days. In the event of damage, part or all of it may be withheld, and additional payment for any damage incurred may also be required.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. If canceled up to 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental fee.
b. If canceled less than 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and Departure
You can move into the accommodation after 4 p.m. and must leave the accommodation before 10 a.m.; this is in connection with the cleaning of the accommodation.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of any accidents during your stay in Portugal, particularly in and around the accommodation, caused by any circumstances.

Others
We advise you to take out proper travel and cancellation insurance.
