About Villa da Rosa l Modern spacious villa

The modern, spacious and brand new Villa da Rosa is infused with natural light, while wood, organic materials and a soft palette of gray and sand colors create a warm atmosphere. This villa has been finished to perfection and offers excellent facilities. On the top floor there are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a spacious roof terrace. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, in addition to a beautiful kitchen with a climate wine cabinet, dining room and living room with tall glass windows overlooking the outdoor terraces, where you can enjoy a beautiful (saltwater) swimming pool and a outdoor kitchen.

Located in a quiet residential area of Quinta do Sobral, Villa da Rosa offers all modern comfort and facilities for a relaxing holiday. The nearest beach, Praia Verde, is just 3 kilometers away, while the Spanish border is reachable within a 10-minute drive. The nearby town of Castro Marim (about 4 km) has a well-equipped supermarket, shops, pharmacies, post office, ATMs and a small covered market. Larger supermarkets such as Lidl, Pingo Doce and Intermarche can be found in Vila Real de Santo António (about 8 km) and Altura (about 3 km). St. Bartolomeu offers a Mini Marche and 2 restaurants (1.5 km away).

For shopping and entertainment you can go to Monte Gordo, Vila Real de Santo António (about 8 km) or Altura (about 3 km), where you will find numerous restaurants, bars, pubs, boulevards, ice cream parlors and even a casino (Monte Gordo) find. There are plenty of opportunities for sporting activities, including 8 golf courses, tennis, swimming, sailing, surfing, horse riding, walking and much more. Bicycles can be rented at various locations.

Great spot!

We stayed in the house for 5 days. It’s a beautiful home with a pool, spacious bedrooms, and it’s very neat and clean. The house is located in a quiet area. The beach, restaurants, and nightlife are just a short 10-minute drive away. Definitely a villa we’d love to visit again!

A real must-visit!

A beautiful home where you feel at home. Nothing is missing. Lovely pool, shaded areas in a beautiful, upscale neighborhood. There's plenty to do in the surrounding area of Castro Marim. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Villa da Rosa was amazing! The villa is modern, spacious, and offers plenty of privacy, with a beautiful saltwater pool and a charming outdoor kitchen. The peaceful location, close to the beach and charming towns, made it perfect for relaxation and outings. A wonderful spot for a luxurious holiday in the Algarve, definitely recommended!

The stay in the villa was fantastic! Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail and everything was in perfect order. The villa was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with all amenities. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa da Rosa. The kids had a great time in the pool and the grassy meadow around the house. There is plenty of space. The house has everything you need. There are plenty of small beaches nearby. In short: perfect!

The communication is fantastic and super clear

We were in a different villa but it was a disgrace. The same day I came across the Portugal villas site. And I came across villa da Rosa, what a beautiful luxury villa, fantastic host Dina. And I received a fantastic and super fast response plus I was able to stay in villa da Rosa earlier than usual.. villa da Rosa is a truly wonderful villa where you quickly feel at home, it is clean, new, but above all a luxurious villa with all the necessities.

Rental conditions

Conditions
The rental price includes the use of WiFi, air conditioning, water and electricity (including washing bed linen, etc., maintenance of the swimming pool and garden).

Payment
When booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The remaining amount must be paid, including deposit, 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal. The reservation is only final after a 30% deposit has been paid.

Deposit
Payment of deposit before arrival, with the 2nd deposit of 70% you are requested to pay the deposit of 300 euros.
If no damage has been caused by you, this will be returned to your bank account after 7 days, or in the event of damage, part or all of it may be withheld, or additional payment for any damage may be required.

Cancellation
If the rental agreement is canceled by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 50% of the rental price
b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can enter the villa after 4:00 PM and must leave the villa before 10:00 AM; this is in connection with the cleaning of the villa. Check-out: to avoid additional cleaning costs, please leave the house clean, take out the garbage, empty the dishwasher.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of any accidents, etc. during your stay in Portugal and in particular in and around Villa da Rosa, whatever circumstances may be caused.
