About Villa do Auro l Sunny terrace with a large pool and beautiful views

The rural, quietly located holiday villa with every comfort and luxury finish and yet only 20 minutes from the beach. Inside, in the hall you have a toilet and access to the living room, equipped with dining room for 6 people, TV with international channels. Spacious fully equipped open kitchen with oven, microwave, ceramic hobs and American fridge with freezer. The master bedroom opens onto the sunny terrace and pool and has its own bathroom.

All rooms have new king-size box springs, 2 x 2 single beds and 1 with 2 single beds that can be pushed together.The other two rooms share a bathroom. Outside you enter the terrace, which is partly covered, with the dining table and the sun terrace with sun loungers and the barbecue. And of course the lovely swimming pool with a view.

Paderne is a small old village in the hills above Albufeira. The village has an old small core. Around the church are some small streets and beautiful old houses. In front of the church is an old water source. The village has existed since the 16th century and owes its existence mainly to the nearby castle. The old Renaissance church is the center of the village.

Wonderful week

Paderne in the Algarve is a charming village with a rich history and peaceful surroundings. Nestled in the hills just north of Albufeira, it offers a taste of traditional Portuguese life, far from the busy resorts, yet close enough to enjoy everything the region has to offer.

Nearest Beaches
Although Paderne is inland, the coast is only a short drive away. Within 20 minutes, you can reach beaches like Praia da Falésia or Praia dos Olhos de Água, where cliffs, sand, and sea come together beautifully. It’s easy to combine a quiet morning in the village with a refreshing afternoon by the ocean.

Authentic Villages and Towns
Paderne itself is one of the Algarve’s most authentic spots, with cobbled streets, whitewashed houses, and a relaxed rhythm of life. Nearby towns like Alte and Boliqueime also keep the local spirit alive, with their small squares, traditional cafés, and friendly atmosphere that invites you to slow down and stay a while.

Rental conditions

Conditions
The rental price includes the use of WiFi, air conditioning, water and electricity (including washing bed linen, etc., maintenance of the pool and garden). The use of the heating (warm air conditioning) is not included.
Villa do Auro is a non-smoking villa, no pets, no (loud) music outside on the terrace.

Payment
When booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The remaining amount must be paid, including a deposit 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.
The reservation is only final after payment of 30%.

Deposit
Payment deposit before arrival, with the 2nd deposit of 70% you are requested to pay the deposit of 300 euros.
If no damage has been caused by you, this will be returned to your bank account after 7 days, or in the event of damage, part or all of it may be withheld, or additional payment of damage incurred will be required.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rent
b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can move into the villa after 4 p.m. and must have left the villa before 10 a.m.; this is in connection with the cleaning of the villa.

Liability
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of any accidents, etc. during your stay in Portugal and in particular in and around the accommodation caused by whatever circumstances.
