About Villa do Dalas l Cozy stay with a large terrace and outdoor kitchen

Villa do Dalas is a spacious villa in a quiet location with a charming outdoor area. Upon arrival, you can easily park under the carport, which accommodates two cars. To the left of the front door, there is a small natural area with fruit trees where you can pick oranges and lemons. On the right, you will find an authentic bread oven, adding a touch of Portuguese tradition.

The villa has four bedrooms. On the ground floor, there are three stylish bedrooms, each equipped with new king-size box spring beds. Two rooms have comfortable double beds, and the third room has two separate box springs that can be joined if desired. Each bedroom has its own modern bathroom: three with a shower, sink, and toilet, and one with a bathtub. The spacious master bedroom, approximately 20 m², has direct access to the terrace and the pool. The fourth bedroom is located further in the villa, offering additional privacy and comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, and an American-style fridge with freezer. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with seating for eight, which flows into a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a TV with international channels.

The outdoor spaces of Villa do Dalas are carefully maintained. A covered terrace runs along the full length of the villa, featuring a lounge area and a dining table for eight, overlooking the pool and sun loungers. In addition, there is a charming barbecue house with an outdoor kitchen, sink, and worktop, ideal for enjoying meals outside.

The villa is located near Paderne, a small historic village in the hills above Albufeira. The village has an old center with narrow streets, traditional houses, and a Renaissance church with an ancient water fountain. Paderne dates back to the 16th century and was originally established around the nearby castle.

Beautiful house with lots of space, very nicely decorated with a lovely swimming pool and beautiful garden with lots of privacy. In a beautiful central location in the Algarve.

Definitely worth a 9.8/10

This was a great holiday with a top location and a beautiful villa. The hostess was very sweet and was always available. Paderne is centrally located from all the beautiful cities: Armacao de Pera, Vilamoura, Portimao, Albufeira ... The accommodation had all the luxuries and necessities as if we were at home. The hostess had even filled the fridge a bit with drinks. This villa and location is definitely worth a 9.8/10.

Paderne in the Algarve is a charming village with a rich history and peaceful surroundings. Nestled in the hills just north of Albufeira, it offers a taste of traditional Portuguese life, far from the busy resorts, yet close enough to enjoy everything the region has to offer.

Nearest Beaches
Although Paderne is inland, the coast is only a short drive away. Within 20 minutes, you can reach beaches like Praia da Falésia or Praia dos Olhos de Água, where cliffs, sand, and sea come together beautifully. It’s easy to combine a quiet morning in the village with a refreshing afternoon by the ocean.

Authentic Villages and Towns
Paderne itself is one of the Algarve’s most authentic spots, with cobbled streets, whitewashed houses, and a relaxed rhythm of life. Nearby towns like Alte and Boliqueime also keep the local spirit alive, with their small squares, traditional cafés, and friendly atmosphere that invites you to slow down and stay a while.

Attractions and Activities
The countryside around Paderne is great for exploring on foot or by bike, with trails leading through fields and along the river. Rental conditions

Conditions  
The rental price includes the use of Wi-Fi, air conditioning, water, electricity, final cleaning (unless agreed otherwise) and maintenance of the pool and garden. The use of heating is not included (warm air conditioning can only be used during the winter months).  
The accommodation is a non-smoking property; smoking is not permitted inside, and pets are not allowed. Additionally, no loud music is allowed outside on the terrace.

Payment  
When booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The remaining balance, including the deposit, must be paid 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal. The reservation is only final after payment of the 30% deposit.

Deposit  
A deposit is required before arrival. With the second deposit of 70%, you will also be asked to pay a security deposit of 300 euros. If no damage has been caused, the deposit will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days. In the event of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, or additional payment for any incurred damages may be required.

Cancellation  
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees will apply:  
a. Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental price.  
b. Cancellation within 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and Departure  
You can check into the accommodation after 4 p.m. and must check out before 10 a.m. due to cleaning requirements.

Liability  
Portugalvillas / landlord(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of accidents or incidents during your stay in Portugal, particularly in and around the accommodation, regardless of the cause.

Others
We advise you to take out proper travel and cancellation insurance.
